Fraser Valley/Vancouver – The year end lists for 2018 are coming out and for media, let alone first responders, the Top 10 list of annoying and unnecessary calls to 911 is always good for a chuckle.
As well as sharing your head, that people would actually tie up the lines to report a missing coat, or whine about restaurant service. (NOTE that E Comm would not say if anyone was ever so slightly intoxicated and/or impaired when making these calls to 911)
