Surrey – The Surrey Rockhound Club Announces their 2018 Gem Show, with the theme “Stones of the Fraser”. October 13 & 14 from 10am to 5pm, 6306 152nd St.in Surrey. (Sullivan Hall) Admission is by Donation.
The much anticipated annual fun filled family event will be in Surrey at Sullivan Hall. Club members will be providing demonstrations and rock hounding tips.
Learn about local BC rocks from the Fraser River, and rocks from more exotic locations. The Kids corner,Raffle, Door Prizes and Silent Auction are back again
as well as many local vendors and artisans, alongside knowledgeable Surrey Rockhound Club members.
Check out the world of rocks, gems, lapidary and jewellery firsthand and have the opportunity to learn something new and take home a treasure or two.
