Abbotsford – The grand opening of the Salton Pedestrian/Cycling Bridge in Abbotsford, connecting the city with UFV will be Wednesday January 23 at 1PM.
Last October, as we were sleeping off the BC municipal election results, A stretch of Highway 1 in Abbotsford was closed to traffic for the installation of the new pedestrian cycle bridge that allows you to cross the Highway at Salton Road. Access to UFV from King Road to Marshall Road is now a reality.
