Hell’s Gate – A power surge to the grid at the Hell’s Gate Airtram has shut down the attraction earlier than planned.
Usually the Thanksgiving Weekend is the finale, and accompanied by the 11th Annual Pumpkin drop off the tram and into the water, or the rocky shores, of the Fraser River within Hell’s Gate.
The Airtram has had hydro issues in the past including an unexpected closure in August. There was a power outage in July as well.
