Abbotsford/Sumas, Washington – A joint US/Canadian Hazardous Materials Emergency Drill is happening on Wednesday October 16. Residents & visitors near the Sumas/Huntingdon port of entry will see emergency responders, equipment and simulated response. This drill is not anticipated to affect border traffic. It will not be seen by travellers but you will hear sirens.
