Abbotsford – Early Tuesday Morning (12:08 am) the Abbotsford Police Department received a report of an alarm from Ledgeview Golf Course located in the 35900 block of McKee Road.
While officers were en route to that location, additional calls came in reporting a fire at the clubhouse building on the property.
Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service worked to extinguish the large fire that had fully engulfed the structure.
Abbotsford Police and Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service investigators will be examining the scene Tuesday morning.
Ironically, The City of Abbotsford recently received $1.3 M from Kinder Morgan for upgrades to the clubhouse as part of the agreement to twin the Trans Mountain Pipeline which runs through the golf course.
