Fraser Valley Scuba Club Recovers Waste from Cultus Lake Park

Cultus Lake – On Sunday, September 19, thirty volunteer divers from the Fraser Valley Scuba Club arrived at Main Beach to recover refuse and waste from the lake.

Towels, clothing, cameras and even an old motor likely used as a buoy anchor, were some of the many items removed last weekend.Cultus Lake Park is fortunate to have the support from local groups who dedicate time to keep Cultus Lake clean.

From their Facebook post – Their hard work, time and efforts are invaluable to ensure we protect the diverse Eco System of the lake.
