Chilliwack, BC -There is, sadly, a dark and ugly tone to every Halloween. SPCA will be the first to say that as the day approaches, keep an eye on your animals outside, especially cats.
In the past 24 hours Chilliwack RCMP have responded to two files where cats have been mutilated around the Garrison / Watson Road area.
