Abbotsford, BC – The Abbotsford Police Department is looking for three men in relation to separate domestic violence incidents reported between August 7 and August 9, 2015. APD officers have checked known locations for the accused individuals and are now asking for the public’s assistance.
30 year old Elvin Vishal NANDAN is wanted for Assault and Uttering Threats. He is 5’8” tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. (See photo)
30 year old Dustin Harley ENGELS is wanted for Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Uttering Threats and Breach. He is 5’8” tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.
29 year old Jesse James TODD is wanted for Assault and Breach. He is 5’11” tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. (See photo)
