Chilliwack – RCMP need your help in locating Elgin Frankan MacKinnon, 70, of Chilliwack. Elgin was last seen riding a bicycle in the 9100-block of Hazel Street on March 18, 2019.
Elgin Frankan MacKinnon is described as:
- Caucasian male.
- Height: 175 cm (5’9).
- Weight: 75 kgs (165 lbs).
- Hair: Grey.
- Eyes: Brown.
- Wearing a white hat, blue jacket, blue jeans, and brown hiking boots.
- Riding a silver coloured mountain style bicycle with yellow and black lettering.
As RCMP investigators continue to search for Mr. MacKinnon they are asking the public to remain watchful for him.
Police and family are concerned for Mr. MacKinnon’s wellbeing and have not dismissed the possibility he has cycled out of the Chilliwack region, says Corporal Mike Rail spokesperson for the UFVRD.
