Vancouver/Fraser Valley – It is a sign of the times.
The BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) is launching a new online data resource, providing up-to-date provincial overdose statistics on a weekly basis.
The Provincial Overdose Data dashboard includes provincial and regional statistics on the number of clients utilizing overdose prevention sites, along with the number of overdoses survived onsite and data on overdose events to which BC Emergency Health Services has responded.
The new online resource is available on the BCCDC website. The dashboard will be updated every Wednesday by the end of the day.
