Hope – District of Hope firefighters were called out at 2AM Sunday Kune 28 for a pickup truck fire near Othello Road. Six firefighters and three apparatus arrived quickly, preventing the fire from spreading into the nearby forested area.
The truck appeared to be abandoned with no occupants. The cause remains unknown and is under investigation. No injuries have been reported.
