Chilliwack (The Chilliwack Rock Choir) – Nick La Riviere, creator of the Chilliwack Rock Choir posted this to social media (He’s the trumpet and trombone player in the band).
I’ve put together rock choirs in a few cities, and also run community bands. All of these groups do their end of season performances as fundraisers for local charities which include Lookout Housing & Health Society, Nanaimo Foodshare, Central Okanagan Food Bank, Living Edge Victoria, Chilliwack Community Services and The Cridge Centre for the Family. Next year we’re adding Mount Paul Community Food Bank in Kamloops, and Mission Food Bank.
So far in 2025 they’ve raised $78,742 for these charities! And they still have three performances to close out the year.

In 2026, The Chilliwack Rock Choir will again grace the stage at the HUB Theatre at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre , April 13 and 14, 2026. Tickets will go on sale early 2026.
