Chilliwack – It is with great enthusiasm the Directors of the Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Society ask you to ‘save the date’ – Sunday September 25th, 2016 for our BC Rivers Day Cleanup and Celebration held at the Chilliwack Fish and Game Club (48685 Chilliwack Lake Road).
Registration opens at 8:30 AM. The cleanup will take place from 9:30am to Noon, followed by a volunteer appreciation BBQ and draw prizes. Various community organizations will be on hand including the Waterwealth Project, Fresh Water Fisheries Society and more.
Please bring your reusable coffee mug and water bottle, so you can enjoy the refreshments provided by Chilliwack Water Store and Tim Hortons.
This event runs, rain or shine.

CVRCS is a not-for-profit society that was formed in 2002 by a group of dedicated people who regularly use the Chilliwack/Vedder River for recreational purposes. Our goal is to keep this magnificent river clean so its beauty can be appreciated now and for generations to come.
