Abbotsford – Heritage Abbotsford is a charitable organization whose mission is to collect, record, preserve and share the stories of Abbotsford. Our Heritage Interpretive Program creates a lasting impression on several thousand individuals each year. As the Society’s programs enters its 54th year of delivery, the Board of Directors are hoping to recruit individuals to join the Board of Directors or join a Committee as a Member at Large.
“As a member of our Society, you would be able to vote at our AGM,” explains Amber Purewal, the Society’s Program Manager. “Once you have a membership, you can stand for election. Our Directors are a part of a vibrant and growing heritage organization. When you join our Board of Directors, you have an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy in the community.
The Heritage Abbotsford Society’s mission is to collect, record, preserve and share the stories of Abbotsford. Amongst other things, the Society operates Trethewey House Heritage Site through a fee for service with the City of Abbotsford.
