2019 Remembrance Day Poppy Season Underway In Chilliwack With Main Street Sign

Chilliwack – In Chilliwack, new street signs featuring a poppy have been installed on Main Street between Patten and Wellington.

On Thursday morning, Mayor Ken Popove unveiled the final sign and joined Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4 Vice President Sharon Churchill and Branch #280 President Krista Smith to kick off the Legion’s annual poppy campaign prior to Remembrance Day.
