Chilliwack – The weather was cloudy and muggy but not overbearing for the 70th anniversary of Lock’s Pharmacy in downtown Chilliwack. Owner Dave Locks was pleasantly surprised at the turnout including some people who were some of the very first customers. There is a YouTube interview below. Locks says he is so pleased with the turnout that he is already planning the 100th anniversary…30 years down the road.

The all day Saturday street party included a few Disney characters, StarFM’s Fitzy on location, food trucks galore and an information tent from the Chilliwack Alano Club.
