Langley Township – Town Hall Meeting, Wednesday April 24

Langley – A panel of elected officials from various levels of government and emergency response staff will answer questions on a variety of topics that impact the community during a Joint Town Hall Meeting.

The meeting will be held Wednesday, April 24, from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Township’s Civic Facility, in the Fraser River Presentation Theatre on the fourth floor.

Questions from the community will be fielded by a panel made up of: Jack Froese, Township of Langley Mayor; John Aldag, Member of Parliament for Cloverdale – Langley City; Mark Warawa, Member of Parliament for Langley –  Aldergrove; Rich Coleman, MLA for Langley East; Mary Polak, MLA for Langley; Megan Dykeman, Langley School Board Chair; Murray Power, Langley RCMP Superintendent; and Stephen Gamble, Township of Langley Fire Chief.

The event will be moderated by former newspaper editor Frank Bucholtz, who will accept written questions from the audience on a cross-section of topics and submit them to the panel for discussion.
