Chiefs Lose Associate Coach And Associate General Manager Cam Keith To Surrey

Chilliwack/Surrey – The Chilliwack Chiefs Hockey Club announced that Associate Coach and Associate General Manager Cam Keith has accepted the head coaching position with the Surrey Eagles. He will be leaving his coaching duties in Chilliwack immediately.

Keith joined the Chiefs family in May 2018 to help lead the team through the RBC Cup National Junior ‘A’ Hockey Championship and continued in that role through the 2018-19 season.

“Our team is fortunate to have benefited from Cam’s leadership on the bench, during practices, and video sessions,” said Brian Maloney, Chilliwack Chiefs Head Coach and General Manager of Building and Hockey Operations. “We wish him and his fiancée Rebecca much success as they transition to a new community and team.”

It is anticipated that the Chiefs will confirm who will step into the associate coach role for Chilliwack’s team shortly.
