Mission – On Tuesday, June 6th the District of Mission is carrying out a simulated emergency in the Steelhead area. In partnership with the Coastal Fire Centre, we will be simulating a response to a forest fire.

The Emergency Operations Centre will be opened and there will be fire trucks, police and ambulances in full response mode going to the area approximately 8:00 AM Tuesday morning.

This event is a simulation and the Steelhead Community has been informed and is supportive

The exercise is scheduled to wind down by 2:00 PM.
