Chilliwack – The Fraser Valley is hosting the first ever BC Egg Fest.
Yes it sounds a little strange, but wait, it gets better!
First of all, let us tell you that an Egg Fest is AWESOME and you should attend (Obviously!).
An Egg Fest is a gathering of Big Green Egg fans & experience cooks from across the province. The cooks will be showcasing their skills & talents & will be preparing their speciality recipes ALL DAY LONG on Big Green Egg’s! The non-cooks (Tasters) can stroll through out the facility, sample & experience wonderful “Egged” food while talking to the cooks about their recipes and techniques.
The BC Egg Fest is an event dedicated to the Big Green Egg (BGE) BBQ & smoker, “Eggheads” (Egg owners), family & friends! It doesn’t matter if you own a Big Green Egg, want to taste great food, or even learn about owning the World’s Best Smoker & Grill – the BC Egg Fest is for YOU!
See how the BGE works by watching EGGsperts cook to perfection a wide variety of food. The best part…you get to sample all the food fresh off the grill.

BC Egg Fest Schedule of Events:
9:00 – 10:00 AM – Cooks sign in and set up
11:00 AM – Taster Sign In Opens
11:00 AM – Let the 1st BC Egg Fest begin!!! Food will be available all day. Just wander from egg to egg to sample foods and discuss recipes and techniques with the cooks. After the conclusion of the Eggfest, some of the recipes from the cooks will be posted on this website for free download.
3:00 PM – Eggs will be shut down to allow for sufficient cooling time
3:30 PM – Drawing for prizes.
4:00 – 5:00 PM – Pick up Demo Eggs – All eggs MUST be picked up by 5:00 PM!
