Chilliwack -MARCH 29 UPDATE – Chilliwack RCMP informed FVN that he has been captured.
MARCH 24 ORIGINAL STORY – A British Columbia wide warrant has been issued for Frank Edward Williams, 51, of Cultus Lake, for criminal harassment and uttering threats.
RCMP caution the public if sighted, do not attempt to apprehend Williams and immediately call 911.
Description:
· Aboriginal male.
· Height: 180 cm (5”11”).
· Weight: 63 kg (139 lbs).
· Hair: Black and grey.
· Eyes: Brown.
· Tattoo of snake skulls on right arm.
