Chilliwack RCMP – Arrests In Hazel Street Targeted Home Invasion

Chilliwack –  Chilliwack RCMP arrested three men after an alleged home invasion.

On November 10, 2016, shortly before midnight, Chilliwack RCMP received a 911 call, reporting that three men wearing masks and possibly armed were entering a residence in the 9200 block of Hazel Street.  General Duty officers supported by the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Section immediately arrived at the address where police quickly took the suspects into custody.  Evidence linking the suspects to the break and enter was seized by police inside of the residence.

Jeffrey Michael Kizmann, 34, and Robert Patrick Callender, 34, both of Chilliwack, each face Criminal Code charges of break and enter to commit an indictable offence and use of an imitation firearm while committing an indictable offence.

Robert Edward Mar, 32, of Abbotsford faces one charge of break and enter to commit an indictable offence.

The three men remain in custody pending court appearances in early December.

RCMP investigators believe the incident was targeted.
