Mission (With files from News 1130) – The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) have been called out to a rural area north of Mission.
They say human remains were found along a Forest Service Road late Tuesday afternoon.
Pictures on social media show yellow police tape around what looks like ash from some kind of small fire.
IHIT will only say for now, that it is in the early stages of its investigation.
