Abbotsford (with files from Black Press) – Drinking/Driving charges have been laid against a man in relation to a head-on crash from September,2015.
This happened late in the evening of September 13, 2015 on Old Yale Road near St. Moritz Way.
The crash seriously injured 21-year-old Jocelyn Visser of Abbotsford.
53 year old Balraj Cheema has been charged with impaired driving, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, and impaired driving causing bodily harm.
