Abbotsford, BC – On Tuesday Evening (June 23, 2015 at 7:00 pm) APD received a call who reported that a man was sitting in an older model, brown coloured Chrysler sedan in Mill Lake Park with his shorts down.
The caller indicated that the man appeared to be observing children playing close by.
An APD Patrol Division officer arrived on scene and located the suspect who still had his shorts down when confronted. The man was taken into custody.
62 year old Thomas John Lloyd with no fixed address, was charged with Committing an Indecent Act and Breach of a Court Order.
