Chiefs Jordan Kawaguchi Is BCHL 1St Team All Star

Chilliwack/Vancouver – The votes have been added up and the BCHL is announcing its 2017 1st, 2nd and rookie all-star teams.

The league’s play-by-play broadcasters were surveyed to rate their top forwards, defencemen, goaltenders and asked to do the same for rookies. It was a weighted voted with players receiving points in the tally based on the order they were ranked by each broadcaster.

BCHL 1st-Team All-Stars

D – Cameron Ginnetti, Langley Rivermen
D – Tyler Anderson, Prince George Spruce Kings

G – Mat Robson, Penticton Vees

BCHL 2nd-Team All-Stars

F – Jonny Evans, Powell River Kings
F – Brett Mennear, Prince George Spruce Kings
F – Cam Donaldson, Powell River Kings

D – Trevor Cosgrove, Alberni Valley Bulldogs
D – Jake Stevens, Victoria Grizzlies

G – Matthew Galajda, Victoria Grizzlies
