Abbotsford, BC – Stephen Andrew BESZEDES, age 50, is the subject of public notification issued by the Abbotsford Police Department.
BESZEDES is 180 cm tall (5’11”) and weighs 75 kgs (165 pounds). He has receding brown hair and blue eyes. (See photo)
He currently resides in the Abbotsford area.
BESZEDES has a criminal history that includes convictions of Cause Bodily Harm by Criminal Negligence (x6), Overcome Resistance – Administer Drugs (x4), Robbery (x4), and Sexual Assault occurring in Surrey BC.
BESZEDES has offended against individuals involved in the sex trade as well as older men soliciting via the internet. He has drugged his victims and incapacitated them, thereby increasing their vulnerability.
Court Ordered Conditions:
* Not to possess, own or carry any weapons including firearms, imitation firearms, crossbows or explosives.
* Not to possess any knives except for the immediate consumption of food.
* Prohibited from having or consuming alcoholic beverages.
* Abstain absolutely from the possession of any controlled substance scheduled in the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
* Curfew of 9:00 pm to 7:00 am daily.
