Maple Ridge – The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival returns to Maple Ridge, Planet Ice this weekend on April 10th and 11th from 11 AM – 6 PM.
It has been a tough year for small businesses and it continues to be a challenge for many food trucks due to the new normal. There seem to be no foreseeable changes happening in the restrictions anytime soon. Unfortunately, it continues to threaten the business as a food truck festival.
The festival has been adapted to being a drive-thru style to reduce contact and continue to serve fresh and delicious food.
