Abbotsford – The Abbotsford Community Foundation (ACF) announced that they are now accepting applications for the 2019 granting program. Individual grants of up to $50,000 are available.
The Agricultural Enhancement Grants project focus for 2019 will be the revitalization of unused or underutilized land in the ALR located within the Abbotsford area with an environmental and sustainability objective to create more usable and productive farmland. Specifically, innovative practices to increase both the capacity and productivity in the use of the ALR land for food production.

Letters of Intent will be accepted up until April 2, 2019 and if approved, the deadline for full applications will be April 15, 2019. The full application will only be sent to applicants who have their proposed project, as outlined in the Letter of Intent, approved by the ACF.
