Calgary – Ebus has been on the road a full two weeks into their BC Service.
They have been monitoring operations and routes and listening to the communities’ feedback. From those comments, Ebus decided to make some adjustments in their schedules to make things more accurate and efficient.
What you need to know:
– All routes have some schedule changes.
– Vancouver, Surrey, Abbotsford, Kelowna, Vernon, and Kamloops are Scheduled Stops
– Only Merritt, Chilliwack, and Hope are by Advance Reservation Only (stop only if there is a reservation)
– No longer will have a stop in Richmond
– Continue to work with the City of Kelowna and City of West Kelowna for additional stops
– Still working on a permanent location in Vancouver but have roaming staff helping at the bus departure/arrival point
– Now allowing Corporate Accounts for businesses to easily book employees so they can be productive on the road while travelling for work and be conveniently invoiced for travel
