Abbotsford – With the civic election is rapidly approaching, Sport Abbotsford, The Abbotsford Arts Council, Tourism Abbotsford, and CIVL Radio giving council and mayoral candidates an opportunity to share their visions for our city’s sports, the arts, culture, parks and recreation. If these issues are important to you or members of your family, then please join us and hear what the candidates have to say. Opportunity will be given to ask questions and speak with the candidates.
Abbotsford Legacy Sports Centre Banquet Hall – #4-32470 Haida Drive. (This is the second floor of the building adjacent to the track at Rotary Stadium)
Tuesday, October 9th, 7:00pm. Doors open at 6:30. The formal part of the evening will wrap up by 9:00pm at the latest to allow for mingling and one-on-one discussion.
Although there is no cost for the event, seating is limited, please come early.
This event is not to be confused with the all-candidates meetings being put on by the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce the previous week. The discussions at our event will be more specific .
