1st Annual Cottage Worthington Appreciation Tea In Abbotsford

Abbotsford – Thursday was a very special day for a number of Abbotsford Seniors.  A seniors care home operated by Fraser Health held their 1st Annual Appreciation Tea for donors and members of the community.

The care home is named Cottage Worthington.

Donors and members of the community came together at the 1st Annual Cottage Worthington Appreciation Tea in Abbotsford, which celebrated recent donations for the seniors care centre. Honoured guests include Abbotsford-Mission MLA Simon Gibson, Mayor Henry Braun and his wife Velma, Councillor Les Barkman, Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation chair Grace Saris and executive director Liz Harris and Janet Hutchinson, president of the Auxiliary to the Abbotsford Regional Hospital.

Note, October 1 is National Seniors Day.
