Harrison – A small plane crashed near the Sandpiper Golf Course on Monday afternoon. The pilot walked away from the incident. Linda Marie Hughes told FVN that her husband was playing in a nearby tournament and took this photo.
Global reports that the plane was trying to touch down at a private airstrip.
The plane crash in under investigation as to the cause of why it went down.
