Merritt – Merritt Speedway – MSCA had a lot of people talking about the Winter Whirlwind races last year!
They want to know if they should bring it back this year! Who would bring a car out to hit the track (in whatever condition it may be in?) Who would come out to watch this action packed event?
They have a tentative date of February 7 written down, but that is open to changing. (Nobody wants to be out in -20C)
History – Just a few years ago, Merritt Speedway was the last dirt track still operating in southern BC…
But look at them now! With the reopening of Clearwater, Valemount, and Pemberton, they’re officially back up to FOUR dirt tracks in the region!
