On Friday and Saturday -September 26 and 27, 2025, the Indigenous Education and Chilliwack Secondary School will host the 4th annual Orange Shirt Day Pow Wow in recognition of children and families impacted by residential schools. The event will be held at Chilliwack Secondary School at 46363 Yale Road and is open to the public.

Wilma’s Transition House Truth & Reconciliation Community Event
11 AM–3 PM | Sardis Park
Cultural ceremonies, drumming, dancing, music, food trucks, vendors & family activities.
Truth & Reconciliation Day at Greendale Acres
10 AM–6 PM | Greendale Acres
Free admission for Indigenous community members. A cultural sharing with the Pil’alt Canoe Family from 2-3pm.
