November 2025 was Third Mildest in Chilliwack History – No Frost Days

Chilliwack (Data recorded by Roger Pannett, Volunteer Weather Observer & Storm Watcher for Environment & Climate Change Canada at City of Chilliwack) – Throughout November typical mostly cloudy and damp weather conditions prevailed, as a never ending series of relatively weak Pacific weather systems moved through the Province.


On November 10th temperatures peaked for the month at 16.7°C (+7.5°C), after a record overnight high minimum temperature of 10.5°C (+7.2°C). Previous high minimum was 9.7°C in Also the mean temperature at 13.6° (+7.3°C) exceeded the previous high mean of 12.75 ° in 2016.


With the on-going mild conditions, for the 2nd consecutive November there were no air frosts.. Here in Chilliwack, a frost-less record never previously observed during the past 38 years. ( During November, on average, there are 6 air frosts in Chilliwack ,with an average 1st frost of the season occurring on November 9th.)
