Abbotsford (Abbotsford Police Department) – On Monday afternoon (November 24), Abbotsford Police officers responded to a report of a break-and-enter in progress at a residence in the 32500 block of Peardonville Road. The homeowner, who was away at the time, received an alert from his security camera and immediately contacted police. Officers quickly secured the area and, within minutes of the call, entered the residence with support from the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Service (IPDS). Inside, they discovered and arrested a man hiding in the home, later identified as 35-year-old Jaskaran Singh. Singh has since been charged with Break and Enter in relation to this incident.
