Fraser Valley/Coquitlam – Fraser Health has issued a drug alert about Beige granules sold as Down tested positive for high concentrations of Bromazolam (over 60%) and Fentanyl in Coquitlam.
It would not be a surprise if this drug has already made it to the streets within the Fraser Valley. Friends, family, and community members using opioids may face increased risk of overdose from injection, inhalation and ingestion.
Those addicted are asked to use with a partner and not be alone for their own safety.
