Toronto/Mission – Toronto Police made the public aware of a homicide investigation.
On Sunday evening , March 3, Toronto police responded to a call for a shooting in the Bergamot Drive and Rexdale Boulevard area.
It was reported that a man in his 20s had been shot and he was located outside near the parking lot of a residential building. He died at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Jasmit Badesha, 25, of Mission, British Columbia.
Investigators are appealing to witnesses, anyone who has dash-camera or video surveillance, or anyone who has information on the suspect vehicle and occupant(s) at the time of the shooting to contact police.
