Pacific Academy/Surrey – Congratulations to the GW Graham JV Girls Basketball Team for their 2nd place finish in the Province.
In the semifinal, the girls hit a buzzer beater to take it to overtime where they would hold on to beat Argyle 63-61.
On Sunday, the girls made it to the provincial championship versus Semiahmoo. They battled hard but unfortunately they fell just short. (60-48)
From GW Graham Athletics: The Grizzlies family cannot be more proud of these girls. The grit, determination, and sportspersonship they displayed throughout the tournament was truly inspiring. Every game was a testament to their hard work and dedication both on and off the court. While the outcome may not have been what we hoped for, their journey and achievements have left a lasting impact on our team and community. Congratulations again to the JV Girls Basketball Team for an incredible season.
