Chilliwack – The long weekend was a productive won for the Chilliwack Hawks Lacrosse U-17 – 2 team.
Jenna Noppen, Chilliwack Hawks Vice President and U17 team manager told FVN: We brought home a Silver Medal. Was a tough game that went into double overtime for New West to score in sudden death and take the Gold. Was fantastic lacrosse!!!
Coach Tom Cowton said: the boys gave it their all and fought right to the last minute. Coaches are proud of the team they’ve become.
Coach Drew Paddon said: We look forward to seeing them continue their lax careers in Chilliwack or junior.
