Chilliwack – On Tuesday morning (June 20th at approximately 6:45AM) Chilliwack Fire was dispatched to a report of a residential structure fire in the 7000 block of Rochester Avenue.
Approximately 18 Firefighters from Halls 1 and 4 responded to the scene and discovered smoke venting from the attached garage of a single-family home. Fire crews quickly made entry into the home and located a fire in the garage.
No one was hurt.
This fire is under investigation by Chilliwack Fire Department officials.
