Chilliwack (CEPCO) – As a global leader in innovative feed specialties, premixes, feed additives and nutritional services for the animal feed industry, Trouw Nutrition Canada, a subsidiary of Nutreco, announced that they have begun building a new production facility in Chilliwack.
Construction began in Fall 2021 and is expected to be completed no later than Fall 2023.

The new plant will occupy a total area of 40000sqf, 1100tons of structural steel and 5000m3of concrete. A sustainable concept is driving the project, exemplified on the new drainage system with an underground pond that will be installed for reducing flooding for surrounding properties. The new facility will consist of ultimate technology in food safety and quality,applying the vertical concept of ingredient flow and distribution.
