Chilliwack/Burnaby – The BC Hockey League unveiled its retro jersey designs in celebration of the league’s 60th Anniversary season.
The designs range from retro-inspired versions of current uniforms to thowbacks to a previous look.
Teams will wear their retro jerseys during their retro theme nights, but will also wear them at other points during the season as an alternate uniform.
The first chance to see retro jerseys in action will be this Saturday, Oct. 16 when the Cowichan Valley Capitals unveil their designs during their retro night against the Victoria Grizzlies.
For the Chilliwack Chiefs, the three retro nights are:
December 3rd vs @BCHLSmokeEaters
January 8th vs @WenatcheeWild1
February 5 vs @BCHLGrizzlies
