Fraser Valley – SEPTEMBER 20 UPDATE – Golfing ‘FORE’ Your Hospitals Tournament presented by RBC Wealth Management Dominion Securities Inc was an absolute success. This years event saw Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation(FVHCF) raise over $128,000 with the funds supporting the greatest needs at the hospitals in the Fraser East. “We had an absolute blast at the tournament again this year! We especially enjoyed the golf cannon and Quorum Group’s BBQ samples; actually, we can’t think of any activity that wasn’t fantastic!” commented Nancy MacMillan, a participant at this year’s tournament. “It is always the MOST WELL RUN and the FUNNEST event of the year. Our team can’t wait to participate in it again in 2022”!
The gorgeous sunny day included on hole food and beverage samples, chipping contests, and paper airplane competitions. Golfers could also participate in beat the pro, a photo booth and the popular Golf Ball Cannon! They also enjoyed the Abbotsford Canucks activity, which featured meatball sliders and a hockey shoot out game. Following the golf game was a delicious meal on the restaurant patio overlooking the beautiful view of the river.

There will be a number of exciting activities for golfers to enjoy such as raffles, an auction, BBQ samples, beat the pro and even a golf cannon to blast your ball across the course. Golfers will also have a chance a $10,000 prize at the hole in one spot sponsored by RBC Chilliwack.
