Harrison – Search and Rescue along with RCMP were at the Hale Creek Recreation Site on Harrison Lake. There were reports of a drowning on Sunday and EMS crew as well as SAR discovered the body on Monday .
RCMP have confirmed that a 20 year old male from Cina was indistrress and friends could not save him from the water. No names have been released.
The RCMP and B.C. Coroner’s Service continue to investigate the man’s death.
