Chilliwack – Chilliwack Fire responds to a Workshop Fire on Monday (May 25 @5:15pm).
The structure fire was in the 9200 block of Coote Street.Fire crews from Halls 1,4 and 6 responded to the scene and upon arrival discovered smoke and flames from a small workshop in the backyard.Fire crews were able to quickly knock down the fire and damage was limited to the workshop and its contents.
No firefighters were hurt, however one person sustained injury and was transported to hospital.
The cause of this fire is currently under investigation by Chilliwack Fire Officials
