Chilliwack – Chilliwack Community Services is celebrating Multi-Culturalism week with an open house. On Tuesday November 19, CCS will be starting activities in 5 English learning classes and asking visitors to participate in each classroom on a rotating basis.
They will be serving British Tea and having international cookies from around the world and having a Mehndi artist and a Spanish teacher on keyboard in the foyer.
CCS will be giving tours and showing the resources available.
Organizers are encouraged to wear traditional clothing that day and the students are invited to bring in their treasures from their country
