Chilliwack – This weekend is the Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Society river cleanup on BC Rivers Day, Sunday September 22nd. Registration takes place at:
- Chilliwack Fish & Game Protective Association
- 48685 Chilliwack Lake Rd, Chilliwack, BC
Basic Info:
- Register between 8:30 – 9:30am
- Return garbage to the Fish & Game Club before 1:00pm
- BBQ starts at 12:30pm
- Prize Draw starts at 1:00pm, and you must be present to win.
Note:
- This event goes rain or shine
- Organizers will provide garbage and recycling bags, rubber gloves, and some pick-up-sticks. Thank you Home Depot!
- Please wear sturdy footwear
- Please bring a travel mug/water bottle to enjoy the refreshments provided by the Chilliwack Water Store and Tim Horton’s.
